Pakistani manufacturing, end to end
A family business, in the same trade for over three decades. For most of that time the work was done the way this industry has always done it here: on the floor, by people who know the machines, with the orders and the accounts kept on paper. That is still how the boxes get made.
What has changed is that the specifications, the orders and the deliveries are now tracked properly, so a repeat customer does not have to re-explain their carton every time they order it. Corrugation, printing, die cutting, creasing and gluing all happen in the same plant — which matters for a practical reason: a specification does not get lost in translation between three suppliers.

We do not just supply plain cartons and tape. Artwork can be printed onto the board, from a single-colour mark up to a full retail carton, and shapes that are not a plain box are cut to a custom die and creased to fold clean without it.
Send the artwork with your enquiry and we will tell you what reproduces well on corrugated board before anything is made — the surface is not paper, and a design that works on a screen does not always work on flute.

What happens in the plant
Corrugated board starts as reels of kraft liner and fluting medium. The corrugator glues a fluted layer between flat liners to make the board — one fluted layer for 3-ply, two for 5-ply, three for 7-ply. From there the board is cut and creased to the size of the job, printed if the order calls for it, die-cut where the shape is not a plain box, and glued or stitched into its finished form.

Being straight about it
What we do not do
There is no price list on this site, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. Every box is specified for one customer, so cost depends on size, board grade, quantity and print. A published rate card could not be accurate for a bespoke product, and it would hand our pricing to every competitor in the city.
We also do not hold a standard range. If you need a hundred boxes in a size somebody else already makes, a stockist will serve you faster and cheaper than we will, and we will say so. What we are good at is the carton that has to be made for your product.
You will notice this site does not publish machine lists, capacity figures or certifications either. When those are worth stating we will state them, with numbers. We would rather have a shorter page than a page you cannot trust.
