E-commerce & Postal Boxes

Boxes built to survive courier handling and sized to the product — so you are not paying volumetric charges on empty space.

Why size matters more than it used to

Couriers increasingly bill on volumetric weight — the space a parcel takes up rather than what it weighs. An oversized box quietly adds cost to every order you ship, and the difference compounds across thousands of parcels.

The fix is boring and effective: size the box around the product, with only the clearance protection actually requires. Send us the product dimensions and we will work back from them.

What we make for online sellers

Mailer boxes

One-piece boxes that fold closed, for posting single items. The style most online brands use because it opens cleanly and can be printed inside.

Postal cartons

Conventional taped cartons in smaller, e-commerce-appropriate sizes, for orders that ship in volume and do not need a presentation box.

Outer cartons

Heavier boxes for consolidating many parcels into one shipment to a courier hub or fulfilment centre.

What to send us

  • The product dimensions, and how heavy it is
  • Roughly how many you ship a month
  • Whether it travels alone or inside a bigger consignment
  • Artwork, if you want it printed, and how many colours it uses

If you are not sure what board you need, describe the product and the journey — we will suggest a specification rather than make you choose one.

Common questions

What is the difference between a mailer box and a regular carton?

A mailer is designed to be posted on its own rather than packed inside a bigger box. It folds from one piece, closes without tape if you want it to, and is usually a thinner board — because it needs to survive courier handling rather than a stacked pallet. A regular shipping carton assumes it will travel in bulk.

What size box should I order for e-commerce?

As close to the product as protection allows. Couriers in Pakistan increasingly charge on volumetric weight, so an oversized box means paying to ship air on every single order. Send us the product dimensions and we will size the box around it.

Which board is right for posting single items?

For most single-item e-commerce, 3-ply single wall in B or E flute is enough — B where the contents can take a knock, E where the box is small and you want a cleaner printed finish. Heavier or fragile items move up to 5-ply.

Can we print our brand on the box?

Yes, and for e-commerce it is worth more than elsewhere, because the box is the only physical thing your customer touches. Print is quoted per colour, so a one-colour logo is cheaper to run than full artwork.

Tell us what you need to pack

Every job is specified for one customer, so price depends on size, board, quantity and print. Describe the product and we will quote it.
